Dr. Prabhat Kumar Dubey is Design Enablement Engineer at GlobalFoundries, Bangalore, India. He is a passionate researcher in the area of development of compact models, process design kits and algorithm/codes for analog circuit design. 

Dr. Prabhat Kumar Dubey is an experianced researcher in the area of microelectronics device modeling and PDK developement.  His research interest areas are:

• PDK Developement: Develop PDK libraries P-Cells, schematics, and SPICE model libraries

• Compact Device Modeling: Modeling of MOSFETs, LDMOS and passive devices

• Numerical Device Modelling: Developement of codes for numerical device simulation using drift-diffusion and NEGF transport Mechanism

• Analog Circuit Designing: Designing of analog circuit for neuromorphic computing
